VEGAS PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Upon entering this promotion you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. The prize draw is available in all countries and there will be one overall winner.
2. The prize winner must be resident in one of the above territories
3. The prize will consist of a prize package up to $10,000 (USD), organised by the promoter. No substitutes are available and the promoter's choices are final
4. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prize package details, to equal or higher value, should any elements become unavailable for any reason. No cash alternatives will be offered
5. The prize promotion is open to residents of all countries aged 21 years or over. This does not include employees (and the families) of any affiliates or subsidiary companies involved or connected with the prize promotion, or anyone who may be involved or connected with the prize promotion.
6. The delivery of the prize package is subject to confirmation from the winning entrant. The promoter aims to fulfil delivery within 60 days of close of promotion
7. To be eligible for the prize draw, entrants must enter via the 'tweet to win' entry form on http://www.moviesinjackpotcity.com, using the hashtag #MoviesInJackpotCity
8. The prize promotion will run from 01/01/16 to 30/06/16, entries received after this time will not be accepted by the promoter, no exceptions
9. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the promoter by entries which are not received
10. The promoter is not liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit
11. By entering the prize promotion, the entrant grants permission for their Twitter imagery and Twitter handle to be used on the promoter's social media outlets for promotional purposes only
12. The winning entry will be selected at random
13. The winning entrant will be notified by tweet from @jackpotcity within 7 days of the close of the promotion. Note: the promoter will only notify the winner via Twitter
14. The promoter will take full effort to contact the winning entrant, should they be unavailable or not reply within a 7 day period, the promoter reserves the right to revoke their win and contact another winning entrant
15. Should the winning entrant fail to accept or acknowledge their win, or becomes unavailable to fulfil the terms of the prize package, the promoter will offer your prize to another entrant
16. Upon announcing the winning entrant, the promoter's decision is final, no discussion will be entered into
17. The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion at any time, without prior notice
